What it does
AI search engines build their answers by pulling from pages that clearly and directly answer the exact question being asked, for the audience asking it. Content that isn’t structured this way is far less likely to be selected as a source, regardless of how well it ranks in traditional search.
Content Evaluation checks a single published page against a single question, for a specific audience, and tells you whether it meets that bar, and what to fix if it doesn’t.
Why it matters for AI visibility
Improving a page against these criteria increases the likelihood that an answer engine pulls it into AI-generated answers about your brand, not just how it performs in a traditional search results page. It is generative engine optimization one page at a time.
How it works
Provide:
- A public page URL: yours, or a competitor’s.
- One key question: the single question a reader should be able to answer from this page.
- An audience persona: or General audience, if you haven’t set one up.

Content Evaluation reads the full page the way an LLM encountering it would, then checks its own conclusions against the actual content on the page before returning a result.
